I’ve always been passionate about learning—both doing it and helping others do the same. Whether I’m designing a training module, leading a hands-on workshop, or integrating technology into a learning experience, nothing excites me more than seeing people grow in real time.

Elevated Training Solutions was born from that passion. For nearly 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of instructional leadership, curriculum strategy, EdTech innovation, and professional development—supporting individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their full potential. I’ve led national training initiatives, helped federal education programs innovate, and created scalable solutions that transformed how learning is delivered and experienced.

But something kept pulling at me: small businesses, schools, and nonprofits—especially in communities like the one I call home in Northeast Tennessee—often need strategic learning and development support, yet lack the internal capacity or budget to make it happen. They’re expected to grow and adapt in today’s fast-moving world, but often don’t have the resources to train their people in-house.

That’s why I started Elevated Training Solutions. I wanted to offer a partner they could count on—someone who could step in with high-quality, customized learning experiences that inspire, empower, and scale with their growth. Whether it’s onboarding, upskilling, or leadership development, I build solutions that are not only cost-effective but also transformative.

This business is more than a consulting service—it’s a continuation of my mission to invest in others. To give back to the region that’s shaped me. To raise the bar for professional learning—and help others elevate, too.
